My weekly classes run every Tuesday and Thursday evening at David Brophys Boxing Gym, on Chapel Street, Airdrie ML66LH.


FIERCE FLOW class is every Tuesday at 6:30pm for an hour. This class is a high intensity fusion of boxing circuits and yoga. This class will help improve your fitness whilst burning fat and creating long, lean muscles.  Although it is high intensity it is suitable for all levels of fitness.


YOGA FLOW runs each Thursday evening at 7:30pm and is an hour to escape the busy world and reconnect with your breath and your body. Yoga increases flexibility, stretches your muscles and generally de-stresses the whole system. Perfect for anyone who needs to unwind and wants to rebalance. Suitable for all levels even beginners. Come along and decompress!
